Returns and Refunds Policy – NOWFUL

At NOWFUL, we’re committed to helping you live with presence, purpose, and peace of mind. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help — under the guidelines below.


1. General Conditions

  • Refund Period: You may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

  • Return Approval: Returns are not automatically granted. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the discretion of NOWFUL.

  • Product Condition: Any item approved for return must be unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process any refund or return request.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on certain items, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used products (including capsules, balms, or oils)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Digital content or subscription access

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or discounted items


3. Return & Refund Process

  • Initiating a Request: Please contact us at hi@nowfuljourney.com with your order details and reason for the return. If approved, we will provide further instructions.

  • Shipping the Product: If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds: If refund is approved, will be issued for the amount you actually paid at checkout. Any discounts or promotions applied to your order are not refundable. Refunds will not exceed the total amount charged. Shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise specified.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at hi@nowfuljourney.com. We will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
