HOW TO TAP YOUR CARD

Tap the card slowly
Hold the card horizontally, aligning its center with the top-back of your phone (near the camera), and make a SLOW and gentle tap.

Notification Pop-up
Wait for 2-3 seconds for the notification to pop up on your screen

Launch the APP
Click the notification to launch the APP ⚠️If the first tap doesn’t work, lock and unlock your screen, then try again. ⚠️Tap only works if the screen is unlocked and the phone awake.
TAP ZONES BY PHONE TYPE
Where you tap matters—each phone model is slightly different
➤ iPhone Xs and Newer
Tap the top back of your phone SLOWLY (near the camera), and hold the card horizontally for best results.
Make sure the screen is awake and unlocked.
➤ Older iPhones (7 to X)
NFC must be activated manually. Follow this tutorial or download NFC Tools APP
➤ ANDROID and other brands
Try the Top First, Then the Center
Tap the back of your phone SLOWLY — start near the top (by the camera), and if it doesn’t respond, try the center.
- For best results, hold the card horizontally so the center of the card aligns with the phone.
- Make sure NFC is enabled. (See below.)
➤ Activate NFC on Android
- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Go to Connections or Connected Devices.
- Tap ‘NFC’ and toggle it ON.
- If you don’t see it, use the search bar in Settings and type NFC.
❗STILL HAVING TROUBLE?
| Issue | Try This |
|---|---|
| No response when TAP | Move the card slowly across the back of your phone. Lock and unlock your screen, then try again to tap |
| Second tap doesn’t work | Give your phone a quick reset — lock and unlock the screen, then tap again |
| Phone with magnetic case | Remove thick or magnetic phone cases |
| Android or other brands | Make sure NFC is ON in Settings. Search for NFC and activate. |
